The staff were super friendly and the breakfast on thanksgiving was a pleasant surprise. We loved the cozy beautiful double room and the beautiful location between the large cliffs. We also enjoyed the full body treatment with hot stones from the sacred san juan river. Totally relaxed here!

Comforts of double room were fabulous - a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV with satellite channels.

It was a stunningly beautiful hotel in an exceptional area, really close to beautiful cliffs and the Cafe and Valley of the Gods or Monument valley. Had essentials needed in the triple room, including a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. It was modern, had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The folks were very amiable and excellent co-operating. The location for Bluff was stunning and exceptionally nice, adjacent to gooseneck State park in Utah, AZ, the nearby restaurants and Valley. Also, the hotel was at a medium distance from Comb Ridge.

We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the soothing spa treatments. Highly recommend the scalp massage and Native Sage Smudge Ritual. We also hiked to amazing views at nearby parks.
We had an issue with not receiving the feather-free pillows we requested, which affected our sleep quality.

The truth, what's good and what's not
The architecture and design harmonized wonderfully with nature! Evening fires created a cozy ambiance, and the staff were friendly.
Dining options were limited, and I found traffic noise from nearby roads disturbing. Service at the cafe was also slower than expected.

The outdoor setting is fine with beautiful views and a cozy fire pit. Only downside is limited dining options at the cafe. Really enjoyed the cultural presentations and hiking trails nearby. Perfect.

The setting among sandstone cliffs was striking. The gas campfires created a gathering space . I particularly enjoyed the hiking trail that was challenging and rewarding. The cafe served fresh food that I was able to enjoy on my deck. All staff members were helpful. It reminded me of the open roads and beautiful landscapes that I cherish in my travels with my partner.
The location near the highway created some traffic noise. While I had a great experience, I would have appreciated a wider menu selection at the cafe.

Staying at this beautiful place was a highlight for our family! The kids loved splashing around in the pool, while we enjoyed the peaceful vibe. Visiting the Bluff Balloon Festival was lovely. The sights and sounds made it an adventure for everyone.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly menu options in the restaurant.

A Nice Stay with Minor Issues
The only blemish was a few larger bugs, made us a tad uneasy, and the shower had moments of cold water. Enjoy the nearby on-site restaurant for a tasty breakfast!
